A number of Customate’s entities – including Profile, Payee, Funding source, Schedule and Payment – have a metadata field.
Clients can use this field for storing additional, structured information on an object.
As an example, corresponding unique identifiers from their system, some tags or links. Metadata field supports up to 20 keys, with key names up to 40 characters long and values up to 400 characters long.
Webhook events will contain the object’s metadata information if it was provided
