Processing webhook events may be crucial for the clients’ business logic, so the Customate team wants to make sure that our clients will receive webhook events from Customate, even in case of temporary issues on their side.
To increase the chance of this, Customate attempts to deliver events for up to seven days with an exponential back off.
Any HTTP response statuses from clients endpoint except for 2xx will be treated as unsuccessful, and a next delivery attempt will be scheduled.
